(a) to develop the management
infrastructure and capability at the tribal level,
(b) to increase community awareness of the environmental issues,
(c) to establish environmental regulatory codes and policies for
the tribe, and
(d) to increase the Tribe’s capacity to implement and enforce
Environmental Protection Agency policies and procedures on their
Reservation. |
